excellent family stay
perfect stay professional receptionist amazing staff
my kids really enjoyed the pool and beach. miss loveline at the reception was professional. the restaurant staff was amazing. i will surely be back soon with my family for another vacation to enjoy the facilities and the beautiful surroundings.
i had received a room with no proper checks. the flush inside the toilet was faulty and the kettle was not working. the fridge also was not working. i requested extra pillows but received no response.

the breakfast buffet provided a wide variety of food , including a live omelet station and indian dishes. the food was well prepared and delicious. the service provided was superb and efficient.

the hotel had a spacious gym with new equipment that i used every day. there was good wifi with amazing coverage all over the hotel , beach and gym areas. tv streaming worked surprisingly easily.

i booked a suite. the black out curtains stopped six inches short of the floor , allowing light to enter. the vinyl floor had lifted in places .

the hôtel is close to etihad towers and qasr al watan. the location allowed us to easily explore the nearby attractions. it provided convenient access to various landmarks and facilities.

smoking room lack of consideration
the location of the hotel is efficient and the staff are friendly
i booked a non-smoking room yet was given a smoking room the smell permeated everything this was unacceptable especially traveling with a child requesting a room change yielded no results i found this lack of consideration disturbing

An Amazing Family Holiday!
really good service beautiful beach
The facilities at West Bay Resort offered wave pools, surf pools, watersports activities, family pools and a beautiful beach. The Escape Restaurant had great service. The food was AMAZING!!!
During breakfast, the area was crowded. Many children were running around, very dangerous. The room was not cleaned daily despite putting the sign up requesting cleaning.

Our room included complimentary access to the surf pool, adventure park, wave pool and lazy river. The sea view from the executive suite was amazing. We found the room spacious and very well-kept.

The Escape Restaurant offered amazing food with a wide selection of options. The staff provided really good service. I found breakfast to be especially enjoyable with too many varieties to mention. Everything was well-prepared.

attentive breakfast staff beautiful beach helpful staff closed pool closed activities
the hotel had very attentive breakfast staff. richard, edna, and divine were especially kind. subrat, christian, and surya were also helpful. the hotel is located along the corniche. the beach is very beautiful.
the adult pool was closed. many other activities were also closed. i saw these activities listed when i booked the room. this was a disappointment.
